What’s not to like about Valentine’s? It’s such a great opportunity to tell those we love that, well….we love them a bunch. I need to do this more.
Decorating my house for this Valentine’s has been fun. I’ll show you a little more each day. Some projects are still “in progress” if you know what I mean.
This heart wreath is made up with the Floral Frames Framelit set (third largest) and red felt. I originally bought a yard of felt and thought I’d have plenty left over…then found myself back at the store buying another half yard of which I didn’t need all. I just bunched them up and stuck them to a Styrofoam wreath with florist pins. The bird was made with a retired die (sorry) but you could use the Hearts Framelit and cut out a contrasting felt or other material heart to hang in the center. Actually, the wreath is pretty just as is.
There’s no stamping involved in my project today so my fingers are looking pretty good today. I think I’ll go see what else I can get into…it just doesn’t seem normal to have no color on my fingers.
Here’s your “B-ism” for today: “Turn it up to eleven…ten is overrated.”
Let’s get inky together…
