Teenie Tiny Terrarium…

There is always so much “stuff” running around in my mind.  I see things printed, a visit to a museum on tv and it just gets stuck until I do something about using it as I create.  Today’s project is just one of those images.  In a Pottery Barn catalog I saw a faux terrarium and this is what was stuck in my mind…

Can you stand it?  The container is a candle holder and the tiny pot which is maybe 2″ high was bought locally.  The flowers are made with the Petal Punch and Itty Bitty Punch.  I used the Sweet Sorbet (love it!) designer series paper and Gumball Green cardstock with the bird punch for the leaves.  This would be a great gift for so many occasions but I’m not sure if I can give it up.

Hope you liked this post and you will stop by often to see what’s going on here at Rambling Rose Studio.

Here’s your “B-ism” for today…”May your troubles be less and your blessings be more…And nothing but happiness come through your door.”  …an Irish blessing for St. Patrick’s Day.

Had a class today so you know I’m an inky mess, but I’m pretty sure they all had a good time.

  1. Beautiful! We are very much a like in the ways our minds work! When I see something like that, I have to recreate it in my own way, also. I tell my children it is a gift that sometimes creates havoc when I can’t locate the specific items I have in mind! Love it. Thank you for sharing your gifts.

    • So we aren’t crazy, right? It took me a day to just find the tiny pot. Thanks for the support…I feel better now knowing there are others out there like me.
