Stenciling…

Yesterday I explained how I was sidetracked while working on this month’s Paper Pumpkin by a laser cut that I  thought would make a great stencil.

Immediately this soft pastel card was stuck in my head and there was nothing to do but stop and make it…happens  all.  the.  time.

So today I wanted to show you what I did with the laser cut…

Didn’t that just work out peachy?

Glamour close up…

I could have turned it over and used it as it was intended in the Paper Pumpkin Kit, but dang this just looked gorgeous…so I went with it!

There are really no Stuff ‘N Digits because this card base was in the kit.  I purposely left off a sentiment because this card could be used for so many different occasions.  A sentiment can always be added later…

Just thought I’d share…

Hope your are having an awesome day.

Here’s your “B-ism” for today…

seriously…

You can always be HaPpY with inky fingers!

  1. Love the tribute the “b-ism” sends today. So, so sad.

Why not use the beautiful stencil you made yesterday? It is gorgeous and makes a beautiful card. I love it on the turquoise (not sure of it’s name) paper. I, too, like to make cards where an appropriate sentiment can be added later. Although it seems I make most of my cards for specific people and/or occasions.

    Enjoy your day!

    • Making a card for a specific person and occasion is my favorite thing to do…there’s always a lot of love stuffed in there. The base card under the stencil is from the Soft Sayings Kit. The directions call for the white laser to be placed on top. The “B-ism” is sad to post…this whole world has gone insane…B!
