Are you into changing home decorations for each season? I love it and look forward to bringing out past decorations and adding to them each year…especially for fall.
This wreath is made from last years’ fall DSP. It beats lying in a drawer. You could use any paper, even a newsprint but this DSP was one of my favs from last year and I over bought. You don’t do that, do you?
I started by cutting four inch squares, then three inch and finally the smallest are two inch squares. Using a hot glue gun (go ahead and cover all your fingers with band aids) fold two opposing corners together to make a roll, bend one end around the wire wreath and hot glue that baby. Continue around the wreath. Make the next row with the next smaller square and finally the smallest. I did add a few little wheat twigs but you could substitute whatever you have on hand.
Give it a try and see what you come up with. How about using Christmas DSP? That would be adorable.
Here’s a “B-ism” for you today: “When it comes to chocolate, resistance is futile.”
Now let’s get inky…
