Come on in…

Dressing your front door for the season is not only fun, but welcomes all who come by “to come on in and stay for a while”.

Here are a couple of tricks you might try for your front door using a couple of SU! Products. This little bench we found in an antique store in Franklin, Tennessee and hauled it home. Since the market for outdoor cushions had past, I opted for two chair cushions instead because I liked the colors. But the pillow was just a plain old pillow til I used my banner stencils to add the Bon Jour. Cute, right? And on the back of the pillow It says Noel…all I have to do is flip it!

Yeah me! Right? So now I need a little “dress” for the candle in the corner. How about the white birch paper in the Thanksgiving Table set? Yep, I think this will work just fine….

Now there is this planter with five more candles to dress up. I’ve got burlap and I can sure cut and emboss some pretty autumn leaves, add a button and Some linen thread…yep, that works like a charm.

With a little window cleaning and sweeping up this job is done. Here’s the complete view. Would you come in for a cuppa if you were here? I sure hope so…

Here’s my “B-ism” for today…Be eccentric now-don’t wait for old age.

Now let’s get inky…
