Another “Fatlit” Birthday…

A few posts back the question was, “What were people doing in January and February?”  Because my birthday calendar is jam packed in November…

Thought it would be nice to take a break from all the holiday projects for another November birthday card.  This card is for one of the girls in my “Winchester Girls” class.  These girls travel and hour and a half one way to come to a monthly class.  They are so much fun to be with and we have over the past year done some amazing projects together.  We met last October at the Stampin’ Up! Chattanooga Regional when I invited them to sit at our table.  It’s been a hoot ever since.

Here is Marion’s birthday card.  Hope she likes it…

It’s another thinlit cut card made into a “Fatlit” (as only I call it).  This DSP is retired.  It was one of my all time favorites and I used literally scraps to put this card together and love it!  Here is the inside of the “Fatlit”…

Here’s the supplies used…

  • Stamps:  Tea Shoppe (retired, but it’s a keeper for me)
  • Ink:  Tangerine Tango, Old Olive and Early Expresso
  • Paper:  Tea For Two (retired, sigh!), Whisper White, Tangerine Tango
  • Tools:  Envelope Liners Framelits Die, Thinlits Circle Card Die, Three Flower Punch, Large Oval Punch
  • Embellishments:  Pearls

I’ll be back tomorrow with another Christmas idea for you.

Here’s your “B-ism” for today…”One kind word can change someone’s entire day.”

Be kind to yourself today and go get those fingers inky…
